  2. After a long and complicated process my 2 dogs and 1 cat were due to set off for their big adventure, flights booked and paid for, they were booked in at Mickleham and paid for, including out of hours extra fee for landing after hours. Then 4 days before they were due to fly the quarantine postponed their booking for 4 weeks as they had messed up! Flights had to be changed, vets re-booked for final health check and parasite treatment redone. They finally set off from UK on at 5am on 25/11/2015 and landed on the 26th. There is no direct number given to contact the kennels so I phoned the government number on the 27th and after the usual problems was transferred to the correct department, where someone in an office told me first that he had no record of them arriving, then that he would check, after hanging on for what seemed for ever, he got back to me and said they were " fine" When I pushed for more information he transferred me to a young lady who also said they were ok, she had seen them, great relief. I then confirmed their pick up time on the 6th as I had got flights booked for Hobart, for her to tell me quite strongly that they weren't due for release until the 7th!, When I tried to question this she got quite dismissive and re-iterated that they were due for release on the 7th. Not happy with this I phoned again the next day, a young man assured me they were due for release on the 6th, phew. However when I asked for a conformation email I was told he could not do that, the but gave me the gov. email address so I could get conformation. No one has replied so far. Seems to me that they take our money and have no consideration for the owners at all! I'm left anxious and concerned about my pets. I must however recommend Rachel and her Fetchapet who did everything UK end, she was marvellous, sorted everything out, dealt with changing the flights and all the paperwork along with my wonderful vet Jerry Kew. Now fingers crossed when I go to pick them up, Mickleham hands me the right pets!!
  3. Thanks, looks like I'll be taking the test then.
  4. Hi, just wondered, I have a degree, do I still need to take the IELTS test for my skilled visa?
