Hi Colin, I know someone who did exactly what you are saying. He got the WHV ok but after a few months they came looking for him and he ended up being deported and told not to come back. But good luck if you try it.

Hi bill, Are the flies bad in adelaide? How long does it last I thought it was only for a few weeks a year. We're thinking of going to adelaide and any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance Niall

Hi all, Just looking for a bit of advice. We're thinking about taking our car but when we checked on the red book we noticed that oz does not have a diesel model. Ours is a Honda CRV 2.0 Diesel. All the CRV's in oz seem to be petrol. Does anyone know if this would cause a lot of problems? Would we be better off selling the car and buying when we get there? Thanks in advance, Niall :biggrin:
