Hi guys, I got my visa accepted back in March however I have since moved house into a house share in order to save money and a few weeks before flying I will be moving back in with my parents as I am giving up my room to save more money. My question is does anyone know if i need to notify immigration of my change of address even though my visa has already been accepted or does it not make any difference? Dont want to have any issues due to a silly technicality. Cheers, Josh

So the fact that the application will have the wrong address on it won't matter? or would I need to access my account and change the address on there?

Yeah I know that they are granted electronically, however when applying they ask for your current address so I'm not sure if me moving will affect it as the address I will give when I submit the application will eventually become my old address.

Hi guys, Im looking at sending off for my WHV on Friday when I get payed however I'm moving house on the 22nd of April. Due to me needing to declare a criminal record I had from when I was 10 I'm aware the process can take up to a few months. Should I wait until after I have moved house before I apply or does moving house not affect the process? Another thing to consider is if I am able to change my address on the application after I have sent it off and after I have moved house? Any help or advise would be mutely appreciated. Cheers, Josh

Yeah thats right travelfar. Do you know if that works in my favour when applying for a WHV? Meaning would I be more likely to get accepted as I was only a minor?

Yeah stevej is correct, the minimum age for a criminal record in the UK is 10 years old.

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone could help shed some light on a question I have. I am looking at applying for a WHV in Australia in the upcoming months however I received a criminal record was I was younger (10 or 11) for criminal damage. I was wondering if I still need to declare this as even though I was a minor it states on the application to mention any spent convictions? Also what are the chances that this may hinder or stop my chances of getting accepted for a WHV? Cheers for any help!
