  1. All, We finally have our visas!!! (timeline in the signature) They requested the police certificates back in May, and although I am from a LR country, I have lived in 3 countries so we needed to submit 3 of them... The USA takes 13-15 weeks to issue one if you are not a citizen or permanent resident, so this took forever!!!! One more comment: We submitted the certificates on May 12th, but nothing happened. I pushed my MA to call IMMI today and that triggered the visa approval, keep this in mind. Good luck to you all! __________________ 5th November 2015: Application lodged. 8th November 2015: chest X-rays submitted and accepted. 6th February 2016: Nomination approved. 8th February 2016: Request for additional information (Police Certtificates) 12th May 2016: Additional information finally submitted 2nd June 2016: Visa approved!
  2. Hi @jmo. the immigration department has requested my police records for the past 10 years and that means 3 countries! It might take me a long time to get all the info, so we are trying to get this request waived, let's see if we manage to do it. Good luck to you all.
  3. Yes, Monday is looking good! No, you don't need to do anything with the nomination letter. Good luck!
  4. Thanks! Yes, crazy as it sounds, the letter is dated the 6th. I am offshore.
  5. I have just been informed that my nomination has been approved! Now just waiting for the visa.
  6. Anybody with aa lodge date in November that still has "Application Received" status? Nothing has changed for me and today I am at the 3 month mark and it is killing me!
  7. Congrats!!!!! I am very happy for you. This wait is long, and I am glad you got it now. For me, 3 months today since lodging, and nothing yet. High hopes for approval soon
