Hi guys new to this forum any advice would be much appreciated So this is my situation I am currently on a 461 rolling 5 year visa my ex was a kiwi and Returned back to oz on that visa. We finished Around 18 months ago and I informed immigration. My visa was never cancelled. I had 3.5 months back in London last year and got together with a girl I've known for years. She has followed me to Sydney a few months later. Now I can go on a 457 visa with my employer. How hard will it be to add her on my 457. We are living together at my friends house Atmo and the relationship has been going for nearly 9 months. She's only been back in Sydney 2 months. Anybody else been in this situation? please help Thanks
