Hi, my husband is a gas fitter i am an accountant we have three children (one has mild CP-from waistdown) she is now 14 nearly 15 and has been signed off years ago from any help- OT, CAHMS, speech and Language , BABS, etc, shes had her leg surgery all done last year to release her muscles, all a success she walks with a crutch. Now as her disability is one that can only get better , not worse and she only requires one more year of schooling what are our chances?? i am thinking of getting a private OT report to say,she requires no services etc.as i have all her documents to show she has been signed off. I was inspired by a post of someone who said they did it all themselves with panel doctor and reports and got in (because they think by not involving lots of specialist solicitors your not flagging yourself as a problem) any advice ?? going for a 189 skillled visa for hubby she will need help in school for the final year as she is behind her peers.
