Hi, my nomination application for 457 has recently been rejected due to the company size being too small. I am trying to understand the next step. Can I re-apply for the nomination? Can someone please suggest a good MA for the process for a marketing specialist role in a small business?

Yes they have sponsored before about 2 years back for a different position which was successful. Mine is marketing specialist which was refused due to the size. Tribunal I have been told takes too long which is a minimum of 6 months to a year and can go up to 2 years also. Not a feasible option. Can only look at reapplying if at all can find a good MA for this. My application was lodged on 7th Dec'15 and answer came on 25th Jan'16..

That's under priority processing. The company needs to explain the exceptional circumstances for the rush..like in case of a project manager etc. That's what my MA told me.

Hi guys, congratulations to everyone who have got their visa grant. I am waiting for mine as well. Any idea how long does it take for nomination to get approved? Applied for my nomination & Visa together for Melbourne on 7th Dec'15 through a MA. Medicals cleared.
