#Perth - Accommodation close to beech in exchange for some help at MSJ

Hi,

I’m interested in obtaining some help with some jobs around the house in exchange for accommodation.

The house is 3 bedroom 200m from beach on south terrace in South Fremantle.

Pubs, restaurants and cafes within short walking distance.

Unlimited WiFi.

I require assistance with a few odd jobs, mainly painting interior walls, possibly sanding and staining some old furniture.

Currently unable to do it myself due to an ankle injury.

Beautiful old house, nice back garden to relax in.

I’m in mid 30s, sometimes work from home, happy for people to do there own thing but also happy to have a beer with good people.

Am after 1 or 2 honest people, male or female. Don’t expect this to be a sweatshop, just a few hours work a day. Not really hard work.

All materials supplied.

Due to injury not able to provide food but functional kitchen available.
