Genesis Business Partnership are looking for individuals with an outgoing personality and a natural flair for working with people. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in the restaurant, bartending, or retail industries!

At Genesis Business Partnership, we have goals to expand nationally and continue to be industry leaders in the areas of Sales, Marketing and Promotions throughout Australia.

Since we have a high focus on providing the best quality training and development of all of our team members, we do not require you to have any industry experience!! We feel that experience in Hospitality, Retail and Bar Work, (and any other Customer Service industry) is undervalued but it is very transferrable into what we do!

You will:

• Receive training in all areas of Sales, Marketing and Promotions, Leadership and Management training

• Represent international brands and companies

• Be actively involved in the way we market our clients and provide customers for them

• Work in a young, energetic work environment

• Have the opportunity to progress into a Leadership and Management roles within 4-6 weeks!

The ideal candidate will only require:

• A desire to succeed

• Great work ethic

• Above average communication and customer service skills

• A professional attitude

• Willingness to learn and develop personally and professionally
