She has permanent residency in oz and is living on the central coast, and her son is on a working holiday. They want to know how to obtain a visa for him, where to apply etc. He is currently working for a friend as a bricklayer...... Are you asking about a visa to enable him to stay here long-term? If so, then he needs to go to the DIAC site and see if there's a visa that fits.
