Guest Ems76
Hi I havent been on here for ages! Move to Oz has been on hold since the arrival of our adorable baby girl in 2011 (now have a teenager and a baby must be mad!) I have decided not to return to the office and am in the process of doing a homebased childcare course (childminding) and registering with ofsted. Was just wondering if anyone knew anything about becoming a childminder in Western Australia? Will this be an option when we get out there? I will be on a De-facto visa as o/h is aussie by decent. Or should I be exploring other avenues? What do people out there do for child care? Is it affordable? Areas we are considering include Mandurah, Rockingham, Secret Harbour amongst many others!
