Hi. We are an English family re-locating back to the UK and as we are breaking our contract on our rental property we need to try to find someone to rent it. It can be furnished or unfurnished as we bought all the furniture and kitchen equipment etc and need to sell it on. The property is a 3 bed 'Villa' (bungalow) in the sought after area of Brighton in Bayside - the south side of Melbourne. It is in a great spot for schools, shops, restaurants etc and is 20 mins train ride into the City. House would suit couple or family. Will be available late March/April and would be a minimum 12 month contract set up through a rental agency for any new tenant. Please email for more info. Cheers, Holly.

Hi Tilde

As far as I know it will be rented through the agent at $550 per week unfurnished, however, the furniture will be available to buy as Nick and Holly are returning back to the UK. If I remember rightly it should be available from March until June, but you could always ask the agent if you could extend for another 12 months, maybe Holly will know if this is going to be an option.

Hello,

It takes about 20/25 mins to walk to the beach from ours. And about 10 mins to walk to Church Street - the main shopping area.

It is $550 a week to rent and the contract would be set up through the agency and the contract is for 12 months from whenever you move in.

If you are interested then I can private message some photos and more info to you? You can check maps and google earth to get more of an idea of the area.

The timing could be perfect - the house is definitely available from the 1st of April but can be available before if required.

Cheers, Holly

Hi moving to Melb in Mid April and looking for somewhere in Frankston south for a few months until we find something more permanent - so mid-july would be perfect. Would definitely be interested.

Am pretty new to the forum..what is the best way to make contact? Cheers Richard

Hi Richard

The house would be unfurnished at a rental of $795 per month. We might be able to help out with bits and pieces if you are without furniture and household items. Please send me a PM for more details.
