Guest jhogo Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 Hi all! This is my first post here on POI, but I just wanted to say that I've finally booked my flights! I fly out to Perth on the 12th Feb! So I know I haven't been waiting as long as some of you on here, but I finished university last June with a degree in Geology and have been looking for jobs since that time. After a few that have fallen through for various reasons I decided to just book my flights and see what happens when I get there. I have a friend from uni who is already over there working for a mineral resource company who has very kindly offered me a place to stay while I get myself together. Are there any other either graduates or geologists taking the plunge any time soon? Really really can't wait!!!!!!! Perth here I come!
