Guest barbs114
hi i'm new to this site and decided to join maybe someone out there could help me...i am currently on a Bridging Visa A with 8107 Work Limitation, previously on a 457 with my employer, we are waiting for our Partner Visa lodged October 2010. I am due to give birth on March 13, 2011, I am still working with my employer but only as a casual, my question is can I leave my employer? I do not know how long I can work and definitely after I give birth I will have to look after our baby. Went to Darwin Immigration and inquired if I could remove my work limitation and she said yes, would that be advisable? Does it mean I have the freedom to work with any employer once it's gone? on that note am i able to get Medicare even i do not have my visa yet? cheers!
