Did I have notify DIAC about pregnancy?(form 1022)

If it is a PR visa and it has already been issued then no, you don't need to tell them. If however the child is born outside of Australia they will need a visa of their own (subclass 101) to live in Australia. They can't be added to a visa that's already been issued. A child born in Australia to a PR visa holder is an Australian citizen and so won't need a visa.

I don't know much about a 475, but I think it's PR (unlike a 457) so your child should be born a citizen. Unless there's some requirement the 475 has (which I doubt) that your pregnancy prevents you from meeting I don't think you have any reason to file a form 1022.
