We are moving to the Gold Coast in July, we have chosen to rent ours out for the moment as I don't think the market is great. Looks like you are just around the corner from us. We are in Woodbury Grove, practically neighbours!! Good luck!!

Wow... its small world. We are indeed a stones throw away. Your not wrong regarding the market, but hopefully it will pick up and we can sell before hand. If not we will also go for the renting option. We have had the removals in this week for quotes, only 12 weeks to go..

Hey just wondered how things were going for you, whether you had sold your house or if you had made it to Oz yet. We decided to sell and sold it quite quickly thankfully, fingers crossed it goes through ok. We are hoping to arrive in Oz in August and settle down. Good luck

We managed to sell our house the Friday before we flew to Perth!!! We have been here 3 weeks now and move into our new house in just over a weeks time. Good luck with your move too....
