How strict are they on this & what is the likely result if they were to try land & stay in Sydney. When does the 2 year obligation clock start ticking? Do they contact you? Do you contact them? Or do they really not care! ( Qualified under Nursing Qualifications ) You will a lot of members state you are morally wrong, book flights to Sydney as you are allowed to validate in at any airport, your Visa is a 176 if you look it will say no conditions you agreed to the sponsorship when you signed the forms circumstance has obviously changed for you. You will find alot of people who are supposed to be in NSW or SA will go to a different state so it all evens itself out. Good luck on your future!!!
