The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate: - Sound ability in property management including opportunity fodder crops and broadacre farming,mechanical & welding practices. - Sound knowledge of cattle breeding including good record keeping. - AG Vet/Chem Cert required. - Good communication skills. - Be able to plan and carry out a hands-on operation this is not an office job. - Must be able to perform under minimal supervision and manage other staff. - HC/MC Licence an advantage. 4 bdr, air conditioned brick home.
