Not sure who it will effect but a couple of issues in addition to the main one cutting the amount of the baby bonuses elate to migrants LAFHA and visa costs

 

Other savings included a tightening of the Living Away from Home Allowance tax concessions for foreign executives working in Australia a measure expected to save as much as $710 million. Non-residents coming to Australia will have to meet the full cost of issuing visas, saving $613 million.
