We have gone through a Migration Company Global Visa's, lets just say i would not recomend them. At first they were on the phone and emailing us all the time aking for all our documents and stuff, now nothing, they dont even reply to our maessages. we have applied for a 176 state sponsored visa, WA have agreed to sponsor me, we have been given a DIAC ref but have heard nothing since september 2011, is it usuall to not hear from anyone at this stage or should we be getting worried? We applied for 176SS with WA in Sept and had CO 2 weeks after lodging and got our visas within 6 weeks. You can check your application online https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/inquiry/query/query.do?action=eVisa You need the TRN number and, main applicant passport no. You will be able to see what is going on. Will also tell you which date a CO contacted your agent, will say email was sent. Have you been requested to do your medicals or Police Checks yet??
