Guest Bullfitz Posted October 24, 2011 Share Posted October 24, 2011 you have to apply for permission to import @ http://www.infrastructure.gov.au/roads/vehicle_regulation/bulletin/importing_vehicles/index.aspx but I'll save you the hassle, you have to own-tax-ins a vehicle at home for 12 months before visa was issued in order to bring it over as your own vehicle, if you don't qualify then you'll be hit with large import duties and treated as a car dealer.
