The suburbs that you mentioned are not really the sort of places that you will find a holiday rental as they're residential areas within a half hour commute of the city. You may have to look at somewhere bayside on the North such as redcliffe/margate/scarborough for a furnished short let. boomerang Posted October 23, 2011 Share Posted October 23, 2011 Check realestate.com.au Rentals When we were looking for a rental before we arrived we noticed that they had some good fully self contained townhouses etc on complexes with pool etc for really good prices.
