Guest bingo Posted November 7, 2011 Share Posted November 7, 2011 Hi all , congrats to all who have there visa grant good luck all the best x Nothing has changed on mine no email either from agent medicals a week tomoz just going have em dun c if that changes anything the message in the further infomation box says applicant Required to under go medical which I know that's a standard message but underneath that it says if required download forms such and such for this applicant with it saying that download such and such for this applicant that sounds to me the co is telling the agent to download forms for me or is that a standard message ? Xx Hey - it sounds to me like a standard msge...we had it on ours and it's referring to the forms you are signposted to download when you submit the initial application...think it's just in case you didn't print them the first time. I've sent off for police check and have meds booked on 3 Dec. I'm purposefully trying to drag it out as I don't want to get granted before 8th Dec. I'm going to Oz on 8th-31st Dec and I want to save my extra luggage allowance with singapore air until I actually emigrate in April. Well in theory you can, but it's best to upload everything straight away except things you don't have such as meds and police checks. Just because some people are allocated a case officer within say a week (not many) and it's prob best for them to have everything to assess your application there and then...will prob lead to it being quicker for you x Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest tcj Posted November 8, 2011 Share Posted November 8, 2011 Hi, sorry this won't help but we received our 176 after two years of waiting, up and down emotions etc etc. Reason for the note is to offer support - hang in there and keep positive. We did ours through an agent but slightly gave up and went direct to the authorities as the agent didn't want to rock the boat! The agents are compromised as their license comes from Australia and they dont want to be seen to be hassling the awarding officers. Good luck.
