Hopetoun is situated 590kms SE of Perth. Hopetoun is known for beautiful beaches and a great fishing spot. The successful candidate would have to have experience with handling sheep, be familiar with animal husbandry and be prepared to assist with the broadacre cropping procedures when necessary. They have 2,400 Dorper breeding sheep so the main focus is looking after the flock and liaising with the Manager. The position is to commence ASAP/ Essential skills - Sheep experience - Sock husbandry - Licence (HR) - Good communicator and team player - Tractor experience Desirable skills - Non smoker - Truck (HC) There is a comfortable house provided on the property with a vehicle provided for work use. Other benefits are provided in the salary package. There is Primary schools at both Hopetoun and Ravensthorpe with a Junior Highschool at Ravensthorpe.
