Some of the duties/responsibilities: Daily, weekly, monthly and annual cleaning activities of the production facility Filling and packing pharmaceutical products Manual packing Operating filling and packing lines Perform line clearance an in-process checks Check batch and expiry details Issue Cleaning status stickers at the end of job to machines and tanks Clear and clean production lines upon completion of batch Cleaning of Hormone facility, Special Packing Facility and general Production Cleaning of spillages Liaise with Manufacturing Supervisor, Line Set Up Operator, Packaging Supervisors Empty rubbish bins Report any damage to facility Record information in GMP document e.g. Log books Assist in Production Set-up & Shut-down activities Adhere to reasonable instructions Check packaging materials for production batches and retrieve from warehouse Collect retention and micro samples as per batch documents and deliver to QC/Validation as required Participate in stock take Participate in training activities Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
