There was one on here recently matey, I think it was 'Bensdad' who had the same message, and it was all OK after all. As Pablo said, the VAST majority are still OK.

Yes as long as blood pressure ok, no diabetes etc you should be fine, fingers crossed x

If you are depressed you are living in the past. If you are anxious you are living in the future. If you are at peace you are living in the present.

"Referred" just means they've referred your medicals to a doctor to look at. An ordinary CO will check that the medicals are clear but if there is anything out of the ordinary (e.g. Diabetes, high blood pressure etc;) an actual doctor (I think the "Chief Medical Officer" is the actual title) has to check it as the CO isn't skilled to make that decision. It doesn't normally take more than a couple of weeks and less you need ongoing and ludicrously expensive treatment it'll be passed.

Hi if your bmi is over 40 you will automatically get referred. Also if your Bp is over 140 top side you have to get referred to a cardio specialist.

In my case my bmi was over 50 but I have been on a vigorous exercise regime and lost 8 stone so my Bp was fine.

I got referred on the Saturday and finalized on the Tuesday visa granted on the friday.

Waiting for my referred meds!
