Guest paulcheema Posted September 13, 2011 Share Posted September 13, 2011 Did you tried contacting some migration agent/lawyer? yes i have contacted migration agent. actually my previous agent misguided me while applying the student visa. he applied for a course lower than my studies. i am already graduate and wanted to apply for post grad study...... according to refusal letter i can reapply student visa but not sure about the time frame in which i can apply again.......
