Occasionally blocks of land come up here and we were wondering what the process is for buying blocks of land. If someone could help us, that would be fab. I don't want to end up with a block of land that we can't build on as that would be pointless. So we don't know anything about how to check all of this out. Also, if we can't buy a block of land that is vacant, does anyone know about buying a house on a block and knocking it down and rebuilding on it?
