Guest p1ug
Hi folks Can anyone living in Point Cook recommend a good child-friendly orthodontist? We have had one consultation which didn't go well, but desperately looking for an alternative as my daughter's treatment was started in the UK and we need to get her brace adjusted asap. Have had recommendations for Werribee, but if anyone has personal experience of Point Cook orthodontists, that would be really appreciated! Guest GAZZA1000
My wife and I have both been to the Dental Galllery at Sanctuary Lakes shopping centre - http://www.thedentalgallery.com.au- bother dentists were excellent and fiited us in immediately without appointments - be aware though dentistry here is all private and very expensive compared to UK ! Guest p1ug
Thanks Gazza1000, yes we've already paid $250 for a consultation, no work was actually done, but unfortunately will have to write off that money now as we have no faith in that dentist to continue my daughter's treatment. We were quoted $5000 for her braces, and the hard work had already been done in the UK (teeth extractions, brace fitting etc). I think this amount is fairly typical, but we'd rather pay it to someone we feel we can trust. Will look up the sanctuary lakes one, as well as the braces & faces, which I had heard about from a friend. Thanks guys.
Caroline Baxter
Thank you for asking this p1ug as I was about to ask the same question. We are hoping to move out to Point Cook in January and my daughter has nearly finished her treatment, if more needs to be done after December then I will also be looking for an Orthodontist. Thanks again Caroline xx
