RobDav Posted August 29, 2011 Share Posted August 29, 2011 Hi There, I was recently in the same situation with the ACS. They say to allow 12 weeks, I chased them up at week 10 but got nowhere. At the end of week 11 I got my letter. If you ask me it's a bit of a con and just generates money for the ACS.
