I am a full time PhD student living in Adelaide with University Scholarship of AUD 27000 PA . Will my scholarship allow me to satisfy the PMV subclass 300 visa's financial requirements? If that is the case, can I be his sponsor? Do I need to show any bank balance?! (I just sent all my savings to my sister for her new business) Can anyone please help me to clear my doubt on financial documents?
