I am a qualifyed teacher and have been using a migration expert in the UK who did not check my references for subjects taught well enough. They put in my application 3 weeks before my 45th birthday and so they refused me because the schools had not mentioned the subjects which I had. By this time applications had clossed and now I do not know what to do.

My son who is 17 did AS and A2 in a year so he could start uni 2012 out there, can we go on his study visa, there is me and 2 sons one 17 and the other 13.

Can anyone help!!!:arghh:

I dont think you can go on your sons study visa, as your not depentants of your son and unlikly to be eligible for the student guardian visa, and you can not work on this visa.

I would look at the new points test as they have changed the age limint 45-49 can now apply but there is no points awarded for this age group. But you could make up the points by state sponsorship.
