Hi there,

I am about to start the emigration process. Can anyone recommend a decent migration agency? I'm based in London but am happy to deal with people on the phone.

Thanks very much,

Jules

we used Darren Chatt from Visa Go, he was fantastic from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble, gave us a price at the start and no hidden extras, don't think I would have managed without him and his wife Deanne x

We also used darren and deanne at visa-go in edinburgh and could not fault the service. we started our 176 in aug 2010 and received our visa's 18 may 2011 and the whole process was straight forward. All your documents are recorded delivery and the price you are quoted is the price you will pay. The best part for us was that when we needed to discuss anything we weren't fobbed off with just anyone it's always darren or deanne who speak with you personally, Good luck with your application whichever agent you choose to use.

Try Ian Harrop & Associates based in Oxford, but moving offices to Edinburgh. He managed to get my 176 visa last Friday. The original quoted cost was honoured and the service was superb. It does not matter where the agent is as most correspondence is by e mail or post. I've never been to their offices and still managed to obtain my visa. He was recommended on this forum for taking on difficult visa applications other agents would not entertain.

We took ASA Migration as our agent - all was well in the beginning - lots of info etc then it died a death with no replies to emails etc and the constant feeling of being fobbed off as questions just don't get answered.

To top it off our application has been ready for many months and still not been lodged - only answer we get is (I cannot lodge it until I get the go ahead as it's company policy), they won't respond as to what this means etc.

So all in all I won't be recommending them but good luck with whoever you choose as your agent

I recommend Ian Harrop & Associates, too. Can't praise them enough. Don't make a decision until you've checked them out thoroughly. They really are the 'cat's whiskers'!! Their website is easy to find. Good luck!!

I would have to recommend the above and the 2 agents, Leonie Cotton and Bromwyn Murphy for their professionalism, efficiency and their overall outstanding help and guidance throughout the process of my application which has been tough, though without their help and that of the Visa Bureau team it would certainly have been a lot harder. Nothing was ever to much or too little to ask of these girls.
