I stupidly got myself a criminal record when I was 16/17 and am really worried that this will stop us from being able to make the move. Guest joanne17 Posted August 2, 2011 Share Posted August 2, 2011 My husband has just received his Certificate back and it has 2 convictions on it, 1 for common assault in 2002 and one for battery in 2006, will we have our visa declined do you think?
