mwgster
Has anybody had their Skills Assessed by the Australian Computer Society. I just have a concern as they state full-time as being 38 hours or more! However, I work 37 hours full-time! Has anybody had issues with the ACS if your full time employment was less than 38 hours. Many Thanks..
Mr Jamland
Don't know, but I guess they would pro-rata it, so you'd need more than 2 years service, for them to recognise 2 years service if that makes sense.
mwgster
I did manage to get a reply from the ACS, who to be fair, have been very quick to respond to any query that I have had. I did quote a section from Wikipedia that outlined what is termed as full time employment in various countries across the world. Their reply to my working a 37hour week was as follows: " This is to advise that we do consider the different definitions of full time work in other countries and depending on the details contained in your employer reference, we are likely to determine your employment as being full-time" Good news. Common sense prevails!
