Thanks for the correction. However, I tried to say increasing my IELTS score will only provide 10 extra points and I need 20 points... My question is still valid, I would be very grateful if anybody knows if I can claim points with Australian study (15) and regional Australian study (5) obtained after application, between 2009 and 2011, for switching from 176 to 175. The difference between 175 and 176 is 176 u must be sponsored by a relative and the 175 u must have a state sponsorship... to have a state sponsorship, ur job must be on the list they propose... each state have their own list... Regards, hi the email was in 2012 basically saying we were cat 5 and low priority and were hoping to process 176 family sponsor cat 5 from july 2012. it was a paper application. and a direct application. was over on hols aug 13 and phoned immi dept in oz and they just said don't know when they are going to start the process applicants for our category. cheers mal Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you applied using the new online system I think you upload it, if you applied before that was introduced you can scan and email it. If you applied using the new online system I think you upload it, if you applied before that was introduced you can scan and email it. I don't think there is any need to worry, April is kind of a holiday month in Aus because of Easter and ANZAC Day and people often go on vacation so your CO must have been on leave. If there are no issues in the documents then you should get it when the CO gets back into his work mode. You are almost there.......... Hi, Visas are released according to plannings done by immi. minister and quota alloted for every subclass of visa. allocation of application then takes place through out the program year which is July 1 to June 30 every year.
