Recently my company informed me that they were willing to sponsor my PR application if it would speed up the processing time and wanted me to find out what they need to do and their obligations. Guest pippa1 Posted July 1, 2011 Share Posted July 1, 2011 As far as I know you have to put in new application as can't transfer your 885. You will have to apply for offshore ENS 121, so will have to leave the country when ready to grant. You must also have 3 years work experience (not sure how exceptional circumstances are assessed).
