Bridging visa A is not acknowledged

I recently applied onshow Australian Visa subclass 885 including my family members, after a day lodging I got reply from immigration acknowledging receive of application. However, I have not received bridging visa granted email. please post anyone had this problem.

my friend did not receive any confirmation email or bridging visa grant email neither so she emailed and asked them her visa status :eek:

I called immigration and sorted out the issue, it was system error and the officer set up my application and now I can see the bridging visa granted, will receive e-mail within 24 hrs.

same problem with my application. I received the receipt but not the BVA letter. However I applied through one of migration agents. hope he will sort out the problem, otherwise I think I should call DICA and ask them as you did.
