meme78 Posted June 20, 2011 Share Posted June 20, 2011 I am due to apply for PR this November which is when my 2 years is up on the temporary spouse visa. i''m thinking of having a 6 week holiday in the UK around this time- am I allowed to leave and still apply for PR? RockDr Posted June 21, 2011 Share Posted June 21, 2011 You have to keep DIAC informed if your address changes for more than 14 days. As people have said, you can be onshore or offshore when the PR is assessed and granted, but DIAC need to be able to contact you.
