Hes at university but not in a relationship and is totally dependant financially on myself and his dad. Got a horrid feeling that he may not go on our visa. I was wondering how you've been proceeding on your side? is there anything else I should have done before? Should I have scanned and downloaded the form 1277 the same day as I lodged my application? An MARA agent also confirmed that the legislation requires form 1277 to be signed at the time the visa application is lodged. This is really worrying... I am a primary teacher in India. Is it possible for me to get a primary teaching job in Sydney at the age of 47 so that I and my husband can live with my children.
