ENS and RSMS visa holders are Australian permanent residents and have the same employment and workplace rights as any other Australian permanent resident or citizen. If their relationship with the employer deteriorates, they can seek redress through the Australian industrial relations system or find alternate employment. its clearly written on http://www.immi.gov.au/media/publications/discussion-papers/_pdf/discussion-ens.pdf so i guess we can seek alternative employment without fear of being our visa cancelled untill and unless we staty regional department will not cancel visa..if employment doesnt work for 2 years if you have tried ur best to work for ur employer. cheers:biggrin: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
