Furnished Rental in South East Melbourne

Hello everyone. We are looking for furnished rental acommodation in the south east area of Melbourne from the middle of september. We would like 3 bedrooms if possible with an easy commute to the CBD. Must be child friendly as we have 2 kids (10 and 8 months). I have looked on stayz, gumtree, rentahome etc but some of these prices are pretty amazing. Just want something nice and clean until our furniture etc arrives and we find another rental. Any help would be appreciated.

Have a look at Moving-to-Melbourne they have a number of furnished accommodation where utilitites are included in the price. Hope this helps :witch-smile:

I tried to PM you but it wouldn't allow it. Many Thanks for getting in touch so quickly. I found you on Google maps. I must confess having only been to Melbourne as a tourist i don't know out East that well but it does look nice on the map!

 

We are open to all ideas at the moment. I think perhaps it was a little further east then we were looking but that depends on how easy it is to get round from there. The train looks close. Is there rental car places near so we could get mobile to look at unfurnished rents in time for when our things arrive?

 

I'd be interested in more details. How much, how big the obvious ones as well as more information on lilydale. Both my wife and I are hoping to get IT jobs in or around the CBD so i'm mindful of trying to get in to search for work and also being able to entertain the kids at other times!

 

I'll speak to the other half later and she what she thinks based on the location but any further info you can give in the mean time would be very much appreciated.
