Hello everyone !

I'm Polish living in Dublin for the past 7 years. I think it is time to move to sunny Aussie land, esp that after my last two visits to this amazing place, I fell in love with Oz !

I'm trying to do my research on partner visa - prospective marriage, as my bf is Aussie and already there.

Anyone out there who could advice on how long it takes to get granted this type of visa, and how difficult it was ???

Any help is appreciated :-)

Have a nice day !

I'm thinking of Brisbane....but always wanted to live close to the sea...so it might change ;-) Sunshine and Gold Coast look good too, but I'm not sure what's the situation re work (I have 7 years experience in finance, and working as AP analyst for multinational healthcare company at the moment).

I plan to apply for visa in about two months, and emigrated next year around March. Will be staying in South West Rocks for a while untill we decide where to move.

Would be great to emet some new friends on here, as you probablt feel a bit lonely at first :-)

We have a great thread for Queensland, with so many people living there to give some good advice PoleinOz, dont be afraid to ask questions.
