Tax back from a 417 visa

Hi there, could anyone help me as i have just put in an application for a 457 visa and am on a 417 visa which expired this week (so i am on a bridging visa)

 

I have been told you i can claim all the tax back from the 417 WHV visa when you leave oz.......if my 457 visa is granted can i still claim the tax paid over the last year?
