Hi I am new to poms in oz and I would like to say hello to every

we are in the very early stages of wanting to move to Melbourne Francston Australia at the moment I run my own airport Transfer company in Liverpool UK this was what I wanted to do when I got to Australia but it isn't on the sol list someone did say that I can go over if i find a sponsor but how do i find one and if I do find one will I find one so I could do what i'm doing here in the UK do i have to pay for a sponsor please remember i am in the early stages of sorting all this out so any help of any one would help I did get in-touch with my local collage to enroll on a painting and decorating course just so that I had a skilled occupation to get over there but then people are telling me that I can get over there with out a sol thats enough from me

These are a couple who already do the shuttle and there are many more around.

 

Not sure whether you would get sponsorship, if you drove a truck you might.

 

Also if you were a business migrant and going to set up a business and employ people but you have to have quite a lot of money to do this.

Hi Hobsonschoice! I would say that its relatively rare for employers in Aus to offer sponsorship, usually it would be for corporate roles where they really want to get in the best candidate, but its not that common, and I think your options would be to look for a role that matches your experience as a starting point, or have you thought about launching your own business in Aus?
