so the 176 is 7072 approx now, not including tra or ss! ah well, maybe the currency will move in our favour.

Also interesting is that it looks as if they are going to try out something like the NZ system where you put in an expression of interest model - not commencing until 2012 by the looks of it. I will put a separate post with the link

Same question...how do you get bloody $7072 ???

Even if I add up all the other costs like medicals,TRA,SS , translations of documents, Police checks and so on I am not getting $7072.

The 2nd instalment only applies to people who dont have the required knowledge about English.

Some pre-migration skills assessments would knock a huge hole in 7 grand.
