Cruz Posted May 4, 2011 Share Posted May 4, 2011 Hey guys, just thought I would stop by and say Hi to everyone. I'm thinking about moving over to Bondi in Sydney for 6 months with my Girl friend. Her brother got a job and emigrated out there last November, and her folks have just come back from visiting him on a 2 week trip (loved every minute of it). So we're thinking of maybe heading if there for 6 months if possible, working while we're out there and getting a feel for the place. I've heard/read sooo many good things about Australia in comparsion to the Uk, but I still have my doubts......mainly the fear of the unknown to be honest. We've got alot of research to do before we make our final decision i.e. whats involved in terms of a visa, how easy is it to find work etc. I have read quite alot of info on here so far in regards to this, but still unsure of a few things:S. If you are a British passport holder and under 31 years of age then you should have a look into the Workng Holiday visa as it sounds to be what you are after.
