Guest thewhyman
hi all, the OH and myself will be sruggling on the new points test to get to aus and for the extra points would have to look at going to a regional area but what are classed as regional areas:confused:. OH is a nurse and has family in point cook, so the closer to there the better, any ideas?

Petals
Regional Victoria is very nice and if you have a look at this site you will get an idea about it. http://www.invest.vic.gov.au/regional-victoria Bendigo, Ballarat, Bairnsdale, Traralgon, Sale, Mildura, Wangaratta, Shepparton, Swan Hill, Portland, Hamilton, Warragul, Horsham, Alexandra, Wodonga some of the towns and cities. I like Bendigo, Wangaratta, Albury/Wodonga, Mildura, Ballarat for size. Mildura is seven hours drive from Melbourne, Bendigo about two and a half depends on traffic and where you leave from in Melbourne. So that will give you an idea of the distances, they are great here in Aus.
