Scarby
We are looking at rentals in Meadow Springs but I dont seem to be able to find out which school the children would go to? Thanks Celia
Cazz
Hi , We rent on Meadow Springs just around the corner from the schools. There are 2 junior schools & 1 high school. Is it junior or high school you are looking at? Sorry, can't remember the names of them, but if you go onto Gordon Rd off Mandurah rd & turn left at the traffic lights, there is a junior school om your left, carry on past that to the roundabout & turn right for about1/2 km & there is a junior & secondary school on your right on Oakmont Ave. Hope this helps, if not I can take a bit more notice & get the names of them for you!!!!( my son's at TAFE now so I don't really take much notice LOL ). There is also a senior high on the Peel campus. X
Scarby
Hi, thanks so much for replying, the children would be at primary school, they are 9, 6 and 4, we looked around Assumption primary school when we visited Mandurah from the UK a couple of years ago, but cant remember the names of any of the other schools close by so it would be great if you could have a look if you are passing, do you enjoy living in Meadow Springs? Cazz
Hi Celia, I've just had a look on Google Earth, the other schools, junior & high school are Frederick Irwin Anglican School. My son thinks they might be private but we're not sure. Hope this helps. X

Cazz
Forgot to say hun, Yes we love it here. Our own little shopping centre is really good & we're only a few mins from the bigger shopping centre in Mandurah, it's close to the beach, close to the bush, it's great. The only thing that has been a big pain in the butt is the mossies this year. There not normally this bad, just happens to be a bad year! Scarby
Thats great to hear, we actually stayed in Mandurah in 2008 and looked around Meadow Springs briefly but we looked at so many places in the space of a couple of weeks its hard to remember much about it now, so thanks for the info, sounds like you have really settled in. Scarby
Hi Michelle, We are flying out on 19th September, we have got a holiday rental in Port Kennedy for a few weeks till we decide where we definitely want to be and get a long term rental, we visited Mandurah last time we were in Perth and it was lovely, we have 3 kids age 8, 6 and 4, we are really looking forward to it but also daunted about how much we have to do before we go!
