Average price or a 1/2 bedrromed rental property in a niceish area

I am looking at rental properties in Perth, the lowest price per week is about 350 dollars. There is just the 2 of us, obviously dont want to be in a crap area but from experience can anybody tell me if this is the average or are properties cheaper than this?

that does sound like the kinda price you'd pay, have a nose on realestate.com.au and it will give you a good indication.

you may get a one bed one bath apartment for $ 300 / 320 a week it depends on where your looking to what you will pay,

you could proberly get a three by two in butler for about $330 a week but its no good if your working the other side of the city your travel costs will out do any thing you save on rent
